2009 House Bill 898: Expand Authorized Carrying of Firearms

To authorize anyone licensed to carry a handgun to carry the firearm in public parks, at public colleges and universities, into businesses that serve alcoholic beverages, with certain exceptions, and allow judges with handgun permits to carry their firearms under the same circumstances as law enforcement officers, both on and off duty.   Official Text and Analysis.
